Tristin Kinningham is running to represent
West Virginia House District 44 — fighting for working families, strong communities, and a government that puts people before corporations.

West Virginia deserves leadership that listens, shows up, and works for the people who actually live here. For too long, decisions have been made that benefit large corporations and political insiders while everyday West Virginians are left behind.
Tristin Kinningham is running for House District 44 to change that — by standing up for our communities, protecting basic rights, and investing in a future that works for all of us.

Why I’m Running
“Be the change you want to see in the world.”
That idea has always resonated with me. It’s time we stop waiting for someone else to fix what’s broken and start doing the work ourselves — right here in West Virginia.
I’ve seen firsthand the struggles facing our communities, especially in the Coal Fields. I’ve watched neighborhoods be neglected, jobs disappear, and families forced to make impossible choices. I’m running because we deserve better — and because our future depends on it.

Limited Government
Protect our constitutional rights, defend privacy, and maintain the separation of church and state.

Basic Human Rights
Healthcare access, equal opportunity, support for recovery, workers’ rights, and bodily autonomy.

Public Education
Strong schools, early education investment, community colleges, and fair access to opportunity.

Economic Fairness
Livable wages, fair taxes, protected benefits,
and relief from rising energy costs.

Strong Communities
Clean water, safe infrastructure, small business support, and long-term local jobs.
Get Involved
This campaign is powered by people — neighbors, workers, parents, and volunteers who care about the future of District 44.
Whether you can knock doors, make phone calls, help at events, or contribute financially, there’s a place for you here.

I’m running as a father, a small business owner, and a lifelong West Virginian who believes our best days are still ahead of us
if we’re willing to fight for them together.
